Intent Homebuying Marketing Intelligence

BRANDING & UX/UI

Intent is a startup company aiming to simplify the homebuying process through effective communication and marketing. A large pain point in the current process is the number of parties involved and the lack of communication amongst them. To begin solving this problem, Intent is focused primarily on helping loan officers excel at their job and close more leads by providing them a Customer Data Platform (CDP) as well as high quality marketing content. Intent is the parent company of Motivator CRM, so there are similarities in the branding.

LOAN OFFICER DASHBOARD

A mockup of the dashboard loan officers will see when they log into Intent. While the portal has yet to be developed, this mockup establishes the look and feel Intent wants to provide for their users. Information should be presented in a clear, methodical manner so the user can easily take in the provided information.
